The Wonder Woman for this week is a champion basketball player including record scores in high school, college, national, and international standings. Kelsey Plum first made local history with her high school performance at La Jolla Country Day high school in California where she averaged 20 points per game and was selected as an All-American athlete.

After representing the United States in both the U19 and Pan-American Games, Kelsey Plum started college at the University of Washington as one of their star players. While majoring in anthropology, Plum helped lead her college to four record-setting years and as a senior at UW, Plum was projected as a first round draft choice for the WNBA.

Plum ended her college career with the national record for highest scoring basketball player in the PAC-12. Along with her team dynamics, Plum earned the first round draft pick in 2017 for the WNBA and began her =professional career with the San Antonio Stars. In a game against fellow Huskie (and fellow Wonder Woman of the Week) Breanna Stewart, Plum scored a career high with 23 points in a single game and helped lead the Stars to victory over the Storm.
