Wonder Woman of the Week: Kacy Catanzaro

Kacy Catanzaro may be a legitimate superhuman. Whether through Herculean strength or personal power, Catanzaro stunned the world when a video of her completing an American Ninja Warrior course went viral. The woman however was not born with her gift for badassitude. Kacy was however born with a lot of energy and after her mother pushed her to join gymnastics as a child, Cantanzaro loved it. In eighteen years, Kacy mastered the sport achieving a Division 1 scholarship at Towson University. After college, Catanzaro became interesting in obstacle course running and with the support of friends and family made history when she became the first woman to complete one particular American Ninja Warrior course proving women anywhere- with the will to succeed, the support of friends and family, and dedicated hard work- can do anything men can do. On Kacy's website, she has a special message for women everywhere to believe in themselves and to show "the boys" what women can do.
